sushi

Today dtr and I made sushi.

We've never done it before....and dtr has never eaten sushi before, so it was quite an experience.

We made hubby some meaty ones as he's allergic to fish, and these are ours...smoked salmon with cream cheese, and prawns with the same.

Yes they are massive...and they're not perfect...but I thought they were delicious. Dtr isnt so keen on the seaweed so next time I'll make her some without.

There are now some in the fridge for tomorrow too :)
