Buddleia

Well I'm still crocked, the foot is showing no signs of improving, I'm now beginning to think that I may have damaged ligaments elsewhere in my foot. I can barely support my weight ( mental note to lose a stone or two)

This is a macro of the Buddleia that grows directly outside my back door.
