Garden based fun!

Son #1 and #2 had a lot of fun today.

A trip to the park this morning, saw them devour some mini Feasts (a snip at 50p) and Mrs Running Backwards and myself drinking proper mugs of proper tea (£1 each). Somewhat blown away not to be paying huge amounts of money as usual for hot water based refreshments!

Back home, lawn mown, boys sprayed.

There's a lot you can do with a garden sprinkler and a bit of a run-up.

They are now in the bath suffering from the early stages of hypothermia!

Visitors later, lots of them.

Stuff being squeezed into cupboards, toys being placed back somewhere near the boys' rooms. Carpets hoovered, kitchen swept, pear tree pruned.

Yes, yes we always keep it this tidy

No, the toys are no problem

Yes, of course, we mow the lawn most weeks!

It's now Sunday. Visitors gone - good time had. Friends = invaluable.
