Tonight is the night, it's The Great Pantry Clearout, other household members are away and I've been busy.

So far,
4 half used jars of honey (come the revolution we'll be selling it back to the bees)
2 out of date jars of tahini (who even needs one?)
7 different types of flour, spread over 9 bags
3 bags of caster sugar
Every nut imaginable, most 2/3 years out of date

Things are starting to look positive.

Unfortunately I am unable to reveal the contents of the above jar for fear that I may have fed it to one or two of you.

Not much more to do now, it'll soon be time to sit down with a glass of out of date Baileys.
