Lunch date

Having spotted this delightful herd of donkeys the other day, I thought I'd go back in my lunch break to introduce myself to them.
The donkeys, however, were being rather stand-offish. The field was large, the donkeys were on the far side of it...if I moved, the donkeys moved - in the wrong direction. My images remained rather small and very disappointing. I did, however, meet their owner who told me about the 4 week-old foal amongst them (no doubt why they kept their distance - to protect the baby).
So, here is a collage to show the main group, the foal and the surrounding view. I may just go back another day, before that gorgeous foal gets too big to fit in the back of my jeep...
