With Gusto!

My uncle and aunt are over from America at the moment. Tonight Mum cooked a meal and decided to make pancakes for desert. As I had not taken a photo all day, I asked her to flip one so I could get a shot.

The first one left the pan by about 5 inches. Hardly the action shot I had in mind. For the second one she was under orders to flip it with gusto. She did! I love the look on her face. To me it says 'I have absolutely no control over this pancake and no idea where it is going to land'. But we all had a pretty good idea where it was going to land. Look where the pancake is and then look where the pan is. I'll leave you to figure the rest out......
