Roy "The Bone"

This is some of St Ives Concert Band playing on the West Pier tonight. Featuring Roy "The Bone" and Nev "The Sax"

Clearly when we audition for the band Cool Shades and a dapper suit are paramount with musical ability coming a poor third :)

In fact I lie, Roy is a fantastic Trombone player who learned his trade with the Salvation Army 20 (or more) years ago. He didn't play for many years after this until we persuaded him to come and join us, where he is now our star player.

In The Mood just wouldn't be the same without him. Dah dah Dah WHAH WHAH do do Do DO DO.
