We've been lacking these the last few weeks - just been wispy grey things - so pleased to see these on our evening walk.

In preparation for The Challenge, I'm making the most of these lovely evenings and doing longer walks than normal with Bill (alongside all the gym work and The Challenge Eating Plan).

And in just 5 weeks of training, I've noticed a big difference in my fitness. No doubt helped along by the fact that at weigh-in this morning another 2.5lbs has been shed. Though, as Mr Scary took great delight in exploiting this morning, I have no upper body strength what so ever!

Just another 8 months to go!
