a sad day here today, my big old faithful camera is no longer. It is deceased, defunct, dead as a proverbial door nail :( It started playing silly buggers yesterday and I thought it was maybe because the batteries needed charging. So, the batteries were charged up over night but sadly it didn't make a bit of difference.

So, I had to order myself a new one. Which I did. From the catalogue. Even paid the extra to get it delivered tomorrow as I HAVE to have a camera. Granted I've still got my little Olympus but I really don't like it. It's great for the macro shots but not so fab for anything else although this isn't too bad a shot I suppose. I'll most likely use this one again tomorrow while I read the manual and have a faff with the new one.
