The Rolling Hills of Bedfordshire
I am never lost on the irony that, having been raised in the West of Scotland (Greenock), with the hills/mountains and the Firth of Clyde on the doorstep, I have now spent more than half my life in such a flat part of the country and in a county (Bedfordshire) that is entirely landlocked and about as far from the nearest point on the coast as it is possible to get.
I love the countryside here and to be fair, one of the great benefits is the fact that there is a lot of sky on view at any given time. Today's blip therefore is intended to capture my point as there are hills in the background: well, everything's relative after all!
