Bob Marley!

Tim and I have had a lovely day at the Lincolnshire County Show. I haven't been for twelve years. We started off at the poultry tent and bought two point of lay hens. The experts were really helpful. I then bought a wool jumper and some soap made from the from the fat of Lincolnshire Longwool Sheep. Sounds aweful but am assured it is to the contrary. Also bought local honey. Loved seeing all the animals especially the rare breeds. The weather forecast was "spot on" mainly sunny with a very, very heavy downpour. Whilst waiting for Tim, later in the day, I enjoyed a pint of Black Sheep and a chat about hens, eggs, milk production and other ruraul matters with a farmer from the south of the county. Almost felt like The Archers.
