Imaginary Pet Dog

When school finished last week, our 8-year old brought a big folder home with all of his Primary 3 work. I love going through these folders looking at all the news items, stories and especially the pictures.

His class topic, just before term ended, was 'Pets'. So that's where today's blip comes from.

Our boys would love a dog and constantly remind us of the fact. Unfortunately, for various reasons, it's really not practical.
Looking at the sad eyes drawn on this poor little pup, I can't help but think this is an attempt at emotional blackmail.
