At the going down of the sun....

I steal this line today, not for use in connection with any forces personnel, but a 'commercial' soldier. A doer. An Indian.

For what would we be as Chiefs if we did not honour the passing of our Indians? They often say of organisations that there are too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. We are sadly one less today. 28 years old and life ahead of him. I did not know him personally, so cannot provide any meaningful eulogy, but it was sudden and undeserved.

This blip of the sun setting over the River Thames is dedicated to him and his family. RIP.

PS - Sorry, to avoid confusion, you cannot see the Thames from where i was standing, but it is beyond the trees.
