amuse bouche

Stopped in the Riesling Lounge of the Excelsior Hotel for a quiet glass of wine after a rather hectic day. The snack menu had some interesting options, but the idea of the chef's surprise "amuse bouche" selection appealed to us the most. And it was a very good choice too.

The various Rieslings we tried were also delicious. :)
