Great carving

Tonight Mrs U and I went a place called The Boardwalk which is right down by the beach in Whitley Bay. For those who know what I'm talking about, it was chocka with ' Groupons'. The food was lovely and on the way back (I sat next to Jack and opened a bottle of cider.......sorry couldn't resist this does anyone else remember this song) I spotted this fantastic wooden 'ellie' carving on the wall of a Thai restaurant. To me its lugs are too big for an Asian looks more like an Nduvu to me.
