Double Take
The lady on the opposite side of the street to me in Edinburgh did a bit of a double take when she saw the other lady in shadow taking a photograph of a scene down one of the 'closes' on the Royal Mile. From my perspective the lady in shadow was positioned so that it looked like she was wearing some elaborate chinese-type hat (which was in fact a street lamp set further back in the close).
A very fine afternoon in Edinburgh. Mrs S had a meeting at one of Edinburgh's hospitals and had taken some leave in the afternoon so that we could have a spot of lunch and a wander round the city centre for some photographs. The other strong candidate for a blip this evening was a beautiful and colourful wedding party who dazzled folks on the Royal Mile with their splendid outfits. But decided to blip with this more unusual scene.
