Cora- Lee's Parasol!

This can only mean one thing....it's summer time at the Farmers Market in Baddeck!

This is a sure sign....and i need all the signs i can get - that summer has finally arrived!

The market was great today, lots of returning 'summer folks', new tourists and of course some of the lovely familiar regulars! The sun shone and there was just a lovely hint of a breeze to keep us happy!

Just had an hour with my book - actually i dropped off for a little nap also!!
Seems like we have begun a tradition after the wednesday market.......beer and home made pizza for dinner.....i also indulged in some gin, tonic and lime....the first of the season coming up this evening!

Is it any wonder we all long for summer!!
