Neighbourly Visitors

The harbour had a few boats in from Faroe today.

Faroe is about 230 miles North West of Shetland and I would not have liked to sail to Shetland in the Hvalbour. I was advised by a local worthy who should know that this still had the old hand tiller to steer and the green sheeting was all that covered the sleeping area.

The journey in a passenger ferry would be bad enough for me on that stretch of sea.
