Haircut anyone?

This is not what I intended to blip today, I was up at RAF Leuchars for a meeting and thought there would be lots of fast fighter planes flying right above me - didn't see or hear a single one. My meeting finished about lunchtime and I thought I'd take a quick trip into St Andrews lots of historic buildings, golf and so on. But I ended up with this blip which I find amusing. Where else but a student town in Scotland would you see this?
