Shaped Overlay
Attended my online Pazzle class and felt so inspired afterwards that i stayed up to make this shaped overlay. This is my first one and was quite concerned that it would be a disaster.
It wasn't easy to start with but like anything it got easier as i kept playing with the design. Eventually i got the courage to stop moving things around and cut the overlay out.
It is OH's parents 50th wedding anniversary early next month and have made their card with some extra special elements. This is going to be the card inner, a verse is going to be put in the oval shape and then the overlay will be stuck into place.
Have tried to photograph the card front but not having too much success, it has a dark colour and then lots of foiling, using a flash of any description doesn't work, light at any time of day doesn't work too well either. Have taken a picture and put it on my blog but it doesn't do the card justice. It's a good job they are getting the card and not the photograph lol.
Thanks for dropping by:-)
