A bit more organized than BTF (before the flood)....yah!

This is all good news...the only thing I don't like about this heater is they put some type of a device on it so that I can't have scalding hot water....when I scald my dishes I can keep my hands in the water...it's practically mild...i think the guy said it's 120 degrees...I need my hot water back!!!!
