*warning, may be depressing and refers to rape*
I went on a 2 day trip with the school through an organization i'm involved in. (The Picture is of a ribbon I had that showed I represented my school for voting purposes) The trip had so many crazy turns and it felt like I was there for 4 days. I had fun, but there was a lot of worry.
I never thought iId see the day when i spent half my day worried some 18 year old guy had sexual intentions with a younger friend of mine, and I worried that they were Very Strong intentions... And yes, she was young enough that even if she had wanted to, it would have been statutory rape. *sighs* Needless to say, I, along with a few other girls, tried to look out for her. I think the statistic is 1/5 females have been raped? (correct me if i'm wrong)
what is the world coming to?
On a lighter note, I did decent in my competition there and met a friend for the first time in person (someone that I new was a lagitament person for school reasons)
