A day of many changes........

The weather rain, wind, drizzle, bitter wind and sun - the type of weather that makes you noise drip and your eyes stream, good day for winter woollies.

Daughter A had a change of plan, now arriving Friday which was her original plan - shes needed for a job interview tomorrow. Good Luck to Daughter A - a wonderful part time job could be coming her way :))

The plumber has been to mend a copper pipe under our kitchen window but has to come back after discussing further measures with Hubby - its soooo good not to have the hissing sound of water flowing.

Out for lunch, not out for lunch then out for lunch - plans have been forever changing but it happened and I had a lovely time with a very dear friend - lots of chit chat and laughs.

So out in the cold, I tottled round the wet garden with my slippers on (whoops) and found this lovely little seedhead beginning to disperse, illuminated with drops from the rain capturing the sun - it is my blip for this cold but now fine winters day.

Apologies I didn't get back to commenting last night, one thing led to another with phone calls between ourselves and Daughter A but all is sorted - I'll catch up now before Hubby gets home from work.
