Gates Foundation

My stepdaughter had us for a basic tour of the amazing new Gates Fdt. headquarters - there was no way to capture all its many features in a camera - and we were not sure if I should take photos or not anyway. This though is typical of the serene beauty, a mix of natural and architectural. I wanted to see more art as what I saw was representative of so many kinds of cultures and hands. The place is eerily quiet, like a library - coffee and cookies and fruit for employees are set up in nooks for free all over. Most of the employees have to pinch themselves in respect to working in such a situation that is real, not fantasy.
