Cup-cakes

The sun finally came out today. I made the most of it by having lunch outside and running after work.

It was a hard decision choosing my photo of the day as the scenery on my jog was quite nice but I spent my evening fulfilling a cupcake promise I had made to my mum and this is more of a rarity than the sun shining. My photo is of the first batch, plain sponge with cream cheese frosting finished off with sparkles and glitter. The second batch was chocolate with Parma Violet frosting topped with chocolate stars. All in all a productive day.
