Minty

We have so much mint in our garden, I'm not too sure what to do with it-perhaps a nice chilled jug of Pimms?, mint tea?, minted peas?, minty new potatoes?, and so it goes on!!!!!!!!
What would you like to do with your mint?? I have plenty to spare!!
