Water lilies - (obviously)

I could have just photographed one but I thought this was better value! This year we have more flowers than ever before and they look so pretty as well as the leaves providing the perfect perch for the frogs.
Today has remained grey and overcast, it began cool but now it is warm and rather humid. I wondered what I was going to be doing today. It has been rather eventful one way or another. Mike left his car door slightly ajar so had a flat battery this morning and he was booked in for an MOT. I offered to tow him (reluctantly) and it was only his frantic arm waving and shouting that stopped me from dragging him down the A19! I then kept my head down cooking in the kitchen while he sorted out the battery and we took the car down after lunch. Then I decided to tackle the change of e-mail address I've been wanting to do. I can only stand so much aggro on the computer so I am waiting to see if the system has installed my request. Now I am going to shorten a pair of jeans that were an absolute bargain from 'the shop' but they are too long. I hate sewing!

Last night's performance was brilliant. The cast responded well to having an audience at last. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and I am going to enjoy it all over again tonight!
