Mud cake debris

Our friend Nekta is going on holiday in the USA for 3 weeks so we had him over for dinner.

Les and Ross brought Coriander Chicken - which is a thai chicken casserole with lots of fresh and spicy flavours.

I got off lightly and only had to cook the rice (hurray for electric rice cookers) and Jonny popped down to the local takeaway to get some spring rolls.

Nick baked a Mud Cake which we had with raspberry coulie and thickened cream.

All in all a nice relaxing meal with yummy food.
