Scout around Lamphel area for signs of flood. Whenever there's incessant rains in the hills, the plains are sure to be flooded every rainy season. However, this year, the govt. took up strong measures like barricading concrete walls alongside rivers and installing high powered motor pumps to drain out flooded waters in strategic points. Rain has begun already. Have to see how things work out.
