Drip dry ... or drying drip

We were promised thundery rain showers, which usually equate to lots of rain, but it hasn't happened yet. I had pre-planned a blip of a significant raindrop on a leaf or a petal but to no avail.

Anyway, Plan B, get the hose out and water the garden, which I did. Unfortunately, when I had got round the garden and put the hose away, I realised that it is so warm that very few drops of water remained. I got one anyway and although not as good as many I have seen on this site, it satisfied the brief for today.
