Taking a bath

This blackbird, in the cascade of my little pond.
He was very fast, so this is the best I could get.
Have been sitting in the garden all day, feeling bad (upset stomach).
Did not get any sleep last night so I keep on nodding from time to time.
Not possible to go to work in the nightshift.
Curious: have not been ill for over 15 years and now in six months it happened twice! Same problem; I have to watch out more what I eat....
