Flotilla of Swans

I love swans. Graceful, elegant, noble, slightly superior. These two were delicious. There wewre three but one did not last long enough once spotted by eldest child to make the parade. So it's a big thank you to the Sicilian Pastry Shop in Albert Street, Edinburgh.
