Ladybird

I've been wanting to photograph a ladybird to add to my collection of bug shots. They always seem to run away or be sitting in a dark place. I don't like to disturb them. When one of my students ran over to me screaming that this one had taken a liking to her hand and she wanted it OFF, I took the opportunity for a photoshoot.

Some of the kids laughed until I showed them the shots on my camera. They were quietly impressed after that.

Only a couple of very lame and unfunny April Fool attempts today, thank goodness.

Taking Cousteau for a cameraless walk now.
