Drowning!

.....and I don't just mean the weather at the moment. I am seriously considering stopping using emails. I'll have a "secret" email address that only a select few people can have. Everyone else will have to phone or write a letter.

This is just the top 1/4 of the emails I have yet to find time to deal with. Why does everyone think that I'm sitting all day at my desk looking at a screen with only their email to deal with, and expect a reply in minutes ? Something has to change!
