After feeling fairly fed up yesterday, we had a lovely day with a proper Sunday lunch, which ended with a walk to Dunbar via the stony beach. The children love exploring along this shore and Katie was well prepared as you can see!

Thanks to all who wished me well yesterday via Blip & Facebook. I treasure every word, I feel like a wilting flower absorbing your support. Which sounds a bit poncy but is perfectly true.
