From the roof...

After my late night wander around Midtown with my camera and tripod I came back to the hotel at about 2am and made my way up the rooftop above the 40th floor. The Empire State was looking resplendant in its rainbow colors ready for the masses of gay people that had come to the city to be proud in the morning. Looking over the edge it was a long way down... One of those moments where you have the neckstrap around your neck when you take your shots as as well as putting it on the tripod as you dont trust the tripod not to allow your camera to fall to a gruesome death.

Been a busy few weeks... this week I'll definitely find time to check out what all my blipbuddies have been posting recently...
