My Obsession?

Sounds a little like a human league song. Hmmm...

Cake, cake and more cake. I do like cake. I may have just discovered the reason for my ever expanding waist line. Damn.

Got a new baking book the other day, so I've been testing out my new scales and making lovely things. This is a chocolate and pear tart, and there's also parmesan and seed crackers. Next on my list are the chocolate truffle brownies.

I must point out, I do share these things, I don't scoff the lot myself!
