Looking For Leonard

Hi from Hydra, a wonderful Greek island that has no motorised transport. Mules and barrows are the main means of moving stuff around the island. There are a lot of expensive yachts though, and designer shops. Poor it ain't.
Leonard Cohen bought a place here in 1960. At the time, there was not much in the way of electricity. When the telephone wires came, he knew things were changing. He also had a decade long relationship with Marianne.

The picture is of a few of a very large group of young people dressed in different traditional costumes on their way to sing and dance on the waterfront. I had to crop all the photos as in every one there is one kid pulling a ridiculous face! (A different kid in every pic).
