Hello Kitty

We popped into the toy shop on our way back from the cinema (Green Lantern - if you are wondering), to look for a birthday present for our friends daughter. But we were uninspired by the overpriced plastic stuff.

Later as we browsed in the Arnolfini gift shop I flicked though a book about making toys from felt, the pictures were lovely, but the instructions seemed very lacking. I thought to my self 'you might as well just make it up yourself for all the use this is' - and so the idea was born. A trip to the craft shop and £1.50 later I was making a toy cat. Not the best toy ever made, but I think I might try another - it was so quick and easy.
