GO ON MR ANGUS

Cycled out to watch a bit of the day in the lakes triathlon today, where my mate " Mr too ugly for words" was running the 13 mile fell run as part of a relay team.
Got a txt of him saying that he should be on the run from 12 onwards so got myself in a good position up 0n the fell to blip him.
After half an hour decided I must of missed him so started walking back to my bike, when he appeared.
Missed him.
So back on the bike to try and catch him later on in the race.
I managed it......just.
He was flying and I wouldn't be surprised to see if he was in the top 3 for times on the day...out of 450.
Well done mate, I would of got 1st or 2nd ;-)

for those of you of a nervous disposition I will try my best to blip again tomorrow, it cant be easy looking at Steve for the first time.
