It's gorgeous outside.

A short blip and then a seat under the maple tree.

Glastonbury Highlights on the headphones.

A glass of squash.

A den to build before the boys get back.

A hot run this morning and then a walk up a very steep hill from Jacob's Wells Road up into Clifton and this impressive sky.

Mellowness dial set to 11 for the rest of the day..! (It ended up at about 6!)

No signs of any weight loss!
