no swans

Today I took the kids to the opening of Lambhill Stables - a very nice community project with a community garden. We then went for a walk along the canal bank. I really miss the canal, I used to live right next to it, I could see the canal outside my living room windows/balcony. Today there were lovely wild yellow iris, masses of yellow lilies on the water, couple of nice, colourful barges but nothing really came out that well in the drizzly rain and grey overcast sky, and no swans. So I have a pylon for you, but I mucked about with it a bit because..well.. y'know...it's a pylon!
