PIGS

Walked to another Pilar where we used to take our Jack Russells for a walk. Took load of shots. It's very pretty down there. And it was HOT! It must have been close to 40 degrees.

Anyway, you'll just have to take my word for it because instead of a pilar I give you pigs!

These are not just ordinary pigs, these are black pigs. These are the pigs that give us Jamon and Iberico ham. Iberico pork is melt in the mouth delicious. Completely different from the white pork we're used to.

They are normally given large spaces to roam in with acorn trees for shade and food They are fed acorns for sometime before they are slaughtered.

This is just a little group of a much larger group and they have a huge pond to sit in and wallow.
