Update on the invalid. - He's fine. Arrived back from the Western with butterfly stitches and a red face. The doctor told him it was the smallest gash she'd ever seen! Nobody say a word.....

In other news, I wasn't working today so we had a good family day in town and at Pip's drama class.

About an hour ago Joe needed a poo. While he and I were 'waiting' in the toilet, Joe said:

"When you're a bigger boy mummy, you can do poos in the toilet. You should try to do them now you know."

I will try harder.
