The late afternoon sun was gorgeous this evening. It's my favourite kind of light. Murron was skipping about, tossing her hair. I felt jealous of her energy - I haven't been able to do any exercise since last November. I really feel the need to move my body - I'm fed up with being so slow and lethargic.

A breakthrough yesterday when I went to the surgery to have some bloods taken. My doctor wanted to see if I was anaemic, the nurse took one look at me and said have you had your thyroid tested? I have been hypothyroid for the last ten years or so and have always managed it well. She is convinced it's all thyroid related. I get my results later this week - even without the benefit of hindsight - I know she is right.
