Soft sell

Along with the bills, the Traverse's programme for the Edinburgh Festival dropped through the letterbox. As ever it is stuffed full of interesting stuff, but this one caught my eye. I have no idea if Marc Almond has much theatre experience, but he is the solo performer for Ten Plagues. According to the blurb, it relates one man's journey through plague-infected London in 1665. The libretto is by Mark Ravenhill and the music is by Conor Mitchell. Should be interesting.
