Wormy

Springtime has come to an end and summer is here. And long came all the critters. Rise and shine they said. It's time to feast on all the yummy green things. I saw this little worm inching along two or three days ago. The other day it was my severely ravaged lemon balm. Yesterday it perched atop a chive leave. Today it dines on my poor buttercrunch lettuce, which I do have to say is in terrible condition.

I have lost the war against the critters on the veggie/herb front. At least I have my big leafy plants.
