Tailor's Shore..
....Mrs Scobes has been in bed with the dreaded lurgy since we got to Drumbeg, but she surfaced today and so we went for a family adventure to Tailor's Shore (a small secluded inlet near the village, but something of a well kept secret).
A group of buddhists have a small wooden retreat hut near the shore and I can understand why; the sense of calm and isolation is right guid for your soul. It was named Tailor's shore because a 19th century tailor in the village used to land his cloth by boat here; it was easier to transport goods by boat than road in those days.
