Walden
School's over!!! Sorry for the boring blip. My brain is a teensy bit fried from all of my finals. My English and Chem grades have come back. I got a B- on my English final, leaving me with a B- in the class (unless my teacher graciously rounds the .93 of a point I need). I got a C on my Chem final, and my class grade is a B. I am pretty content with what I received. And I am so relieved that school is over.
As pictured here, my summer reading is starting out at the top of literature. And I am not reading Walden for school. I've read excerpts from it, and I decided I want to give the whole thing a try. I cannot wait to be able to sit back and not have to worry about missing homework.
On the bus today, I made a decision. When I move into my own apartment or house or whatever, I am getting a dog. My family's dog passed on a few years ago, and my life has never been the same. My parents had that dog before they had me. So, not having a dog is pretty strange. But, I was thinking about it, and I think that a dog is the best companion a person can have. People's feelings get hurt too easily, and people hold grudges. Dogs are so forgiving. They always come back. I definitely need something like that in my life. Something that can put up with my childish antics.
Senior year, here I come!!
