or neglect. Another bit of Dundee.
Not the best photo - not even the best one I took today, certainly not the prettiest, but it makes an important (though not original) point. So get to the point, you're saying.

LOOK UP!

What everybody sees at ground level is a dull building, a shop selling overpriced wedding dresses (I didn't see the prices but they're always overpriced) and a vacant shop being advertised for lease or sale. A couple of those junction box things with posters ripped off them.
In fact most people don't even see that much, they're too focused on the traffic lights and driving / crossing the road.
But look up! And you must look big to see the detail. Nobody looks up, nobody sees the fine building this once was, nobody sees the decoration over the windows, and nobody sees the tree growing in the chimneys - so I take it not even the owner of the building looks up.
Neglect means not looking, not seeing the things that are worth seeing - and, incidentally, not looking after your property.

PS another candidate for blipping today was a billboard for today's edition of our wonderful local paper the Courier. It says
